What is the Central Team?

Wells & Co. has been part of the community in Bedford for the last 140 years and we are currently based from our new head office and brewery, Brewpoint.  This complex has not only provided our employees with a new home but will also be a focal point for surrounding businesses and residents to enjoy. As well as producing our heritage beers, the brewery will allow us to meet the changing tastes of the nation’s beer drinkers by developing a new range of beers in a modern and flexible brewing environment.

We have established over 130 leased and tenanted pubs and 26 managed pubs in the UK. We also have 17 sites in France, all bearing the Wells & Co. name. We have exciting plans to grow our managed estate both in the UK and France.

At our home in Bedford we have dedicated specialist teams that support the day-to-day running of our pubs and brewery, including Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, IT and HR.
