What is Little Gems?

Little Gems are a small, intimate collection of pubs situated in the heart of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.  We pride ourselves on doing the simple things really well and keeping our focus on the staff and guests. In our kitchens, our Head Chefs concentrate on providing home-cooked menus with daily changing specials. Provenance, sustainability and sourcing British food is important to us, and we keep our dishes simple and unpretentious.
 
Far from the cookie-cutter corporate style of our bigger competitors, our Little Gems pubs each boast their own unique personalities and style but are united by common goals. We take pride in serving up quality, seasonal, fuss-free food, keeping our bars stocked with well-kept cask ales, gins, spirits and extensive yet carefully crafted wines, providing that welcoming, informal and familial atmosphere.
