Wells & Co. Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Christmas bookings and offers at participating Wells & Co. Managed pubs where advertised. We reserve the right to amend, refuse or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time without notice.
1. Early Booking Complimentary Bottle of Wine
Book your festive meal for a party of six or more by 30th September and receive a complimentary bottle of house wine per booking. Every Six guests = 1 bottle of free wine. Max 7 bottles of wine per group. Subject to availability.
2. 3 Courses for the Price of 2 – Festive Preview Offer
Dine from our festive menu between 19th November and 27th November to enjoy three courses for the price of two. This Festive Preview offer is only available where advertised. The lowest-priced course will be deducted. Advance booking is required.
3. 3 Bottles of Wine Offer
Enjoy three bottles of selected wine for a set promotional price when you pre-order only. Mix and match from the available options. Subject to stock and availability.
4. Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Individual pubs may set specific deposit amounts and requirements.
5. Christmas Day Bookings
Christmas Day bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your food and drink order, less the deposit paid, is due by 1st December. Menu pre-orders may also be required. Please check with your chosen pub for full details.
6. Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes made after the balance payment deadline may result in the loss of pre-paid amounts. Guests should notify the pub directly as early as possible in the event of any changes.
