Open to UK residents only, aged 18+, excluding employees and immediate
families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone
professionally connected with the promotion.
Entries open on Monday 6th November 2023 at 12:00 and closes at 23:59 on
Sunday 19th November.
Entry via Cox’s Yard and The Royal Shakespeare Company only. To enter this

who you’d want to share the prize with within the comments.
There is a prize package consisting of:
o An overnight stay for two at Tramway House Cox’s Yard on
Saturday the 16th December (worth over £650)
o A festive sharing feast for two with drinks at Cox’s Yard
o Two tickets to the opening night of The Fair Maid of the West at the
Royal Shakespeare Company’s Swan Theatre on Saturday 16th
December (worth £50)
UK entrants' participation is online via Cox’s Yard & The Royal Shakespeare
Company’s Facebook and Instagram pages only. The promoter cannot
guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this entry route.
Winners will be drawn at random at 12:00pm on the 20th November and will
be notified within five days of the draw date via private message on the
platform.
1. There are no cash alternatives, the prize is not transferable or
exchangeable.
2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the
right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
3. Any prize winner who has not responded to the notification within 24 hours
will forfeit their prize.
4. Winners may be required to take part in unpaid related promotional
publicity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning
of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using
their name and image in promotional material.
5. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter that are final in all
matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered
into.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical
malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, or providers,
computer equipment or software, failure of any social media site
entries to be received on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the internet, or any combination of these, including any
injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer-related
to or resulting from participation in the promotion.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this
promotion.

9. Entry to this competition will be deemed to constitute full acceptance
of these terms and conditions.
