1. Discount Offer:
   1. Use code DIRECT10 to receive 10% off the total cost of your room stay.
2. Redemption:
   1. This voucher is redeemable only at participating Wells & Co. Pubs with Rooms, where the offer is advertised on the local website.
3. Exclusions:
   1. The voucher is not valid for stays on key dates, including but not limited to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
4. Limitations:
   1. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount, including pre-agreed corporate rates.
   2. Only one voucher may be used per booking.
   3. Subject to availability and participating location discretion.
5. Validity:
   1. Wells & Co. reserves the right to limit voucher use or revoke the offer at any time without prior notice.
6. Booking:
   1. The voucher must be applied at the time of booking.
   2. The discount is not applicable to any additional charges outside of the room rate.
