Terms and Conditions for 25% Off Email Promotion
Wells & Co. Managed Pubs
These terms and conditions apply to the promotional offer of 25% off your bill, available exclusively to recipients of our email campaign who are subscribed to the mailing list for Wells & Co. managed pubs.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We recommend reviewing them regularly. Your continued participation in the promotion following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms do not confer any rights or benefits to third parties.
Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have signed up to a Wells & Co. managed pub newsletter before the promotional email was sent
- You must remain subscribed to the mailing list throughout the redemption period
- You must be 18 years of age or older
Offer Entitlement
- This offer entitles you to 25% off your total bill in one transaction
- Maximum group size eligible for the offer is six people
- A minimum of one main meal must be purchased per person to qualify. For example, in a group of four, four mains must be ordered
Redemption and Validity
- The promotion is valid for use between Saturday 21st June 2025 and Thursday 26th June 2025, inclusive
- Valid for dining customers only, including both walk-ins and pre-booked tables
- The discount can only be applied once per customer and per transaction using the unique single-use code sent via email
- The code must be activated at the time of payment. Activating the code before you are ready to pay will invalidate it
- Table availability is not guaranteed without a booking. While we will do our best to honour all reservations, external factors beyond our control may occasionally affect availability
Exclusions
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotional menu
- The offer does not apply to drinks-only visits or takeaway orders
- The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, power failures, internet or telecommunications issues, equipment malfunctions, strikes, labour disputes, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, or legal rulings.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Wells & Co. harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your participation in the promotion
- Any breach of these terms by you
- Any violation by you of third-party rights, including intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights
