1. The Promotion is the right to use a unique voucher code ( “Voucher Code”) that can be claimed via an invitation (“Invitation”) sent by email. The Voucher Code entitles recipients of the Invitation to a single-use discount of £5 against any transaction at participating Wells & Co. locations (below):

2. Voucher Codes are valid for redemption for 30 days from the date they are claimed. After that time, they are void.

3. Voucher Codes can only be used against food and drink at participating locations. The full value of the Voucher Code must be used in one transaction. If the value of the transaction is less than £5, the remaining balance of the Vocher Code will be forfeited.

4. In the event that a full or partial refund is issued against the transaction in which the Voucher Code is used, the value of the Voucher Code will not be reimbursed and no new Voucher Code will be issued.

5. Any Voucher Code claimed under the Promotion cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

6. The right to claim a Voucher Code is valid only for the recipient of the email containing the Invitation.

7. Voucher Codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient of the email containing the Invitation.

8. Only one Voucher Code can be used per transaction.

9. Voucher Codes are automatically void if sold, offered for sale, or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the Voucher Code.

10. The Promotion is not open to (a) Wells & Co. employees (b) members of the immediate families or households of Wells & Co. employees.

11. Persons under 18 years old are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

13. Wells & Co reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion (in whole or in part), at their sole discretion.

14. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any inconsistent terms or conditions relating to the Promotion contained in or referred to in any other document.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
