Introducing the Holly Bush, Osney Island

The Holly Bush is back, after an extensive refurbishment, this great neighbourhood spot will once again offer a home away from home for residents to enjoy. Located on Bridge Street at the heart of Osney Island - a riverside community in the city of Oxford - the family-friendly pub features a contemporary new look set to reestablish the 167-year-old venue as a top hangout for locals. Whether taking part in the pub's weekly quiz with friends or enjoying quality time with the family over one of the pub's hearty roasts, the Holly Bush has got you covered. Four-legged friends are also welcome, meaning the whole family can enjoy all that the pub has to offer.

In addition to its fresh new look, the Holly Bush will also launch a tempting new menu of freshly made artisan pizzas and bubbling pots of comfort food, alonside a seriously tasty range of beers. Start the week off right with 2-4-1 pizzas on ‘Happy Mondays’, then midweek you can fill up with some seriously tasty chicken wings on ‘Wingman Wednesday’, with vegan cauliflower wings available for those looking for a meat-free alternative. On the weekends, the pub will play host to ‘Roast & Records’. Take an LP for a spin while tucking into one of the pub's unmissable roasts, served from 12pm on Sunday. Looking for free-from choices? Well look no further. In addition to the cauliflower wings, vegan cheese and gluten-free bases are available across all pizzas served at the Holly Bush.

The community-style pub will be staffed by a talented team of 20 people, headed up by general manager Nicholas West, who will be on hand to introduce locals to the newly revamped pub and guarantee a good time is had by all that step through the Holly Bush’s doors.
