Welcome, The New Sun Inn

We're pleased to announce that The New Sun Inn, is set to reopen on Saturday 9th July following a major transformation. Situated in the Cambridgeshire civil parish village of Kimbolton, The New Sun Inn looks forward to welcoming back the locals.

The site has had a complete refurbishment both inside and out, including new comfy seating, warm furnishings, and a newly configured garden space. Guests can expect a large enclosed patio when they return, ready to be enjoyed as Kimbolton’s newest alfresco dining area over the summer.

As well as a fresh new look The New Sun Inn will launch with a new summer menu created and cooked by Masterchef finalist, Robert Thompspon. The new menu features a selection of dishes from Butternut Squash & Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Shortrib Beef Burger, and Grilled Fisherman’s Catch of the Day. Room for more? Tempting desserts include Deep Fried Oreo Bites, Lemon Posset and a Hot, Gooey Chocolate Brownie.

Accompanying the new menu will be a great array of drinks including premium wines, spirits, and award-winning beer from Brewpoint, brewed just down the road
in Bedford.
