The Chequers in Woolmer Green is opening its doors after its extensive refurbishment. Completed works include a completely refreshed look including the bar and dining area, redecorated throughout providing a modern and funky interior. The cosy interior boasts an intimate lounge area, large dining area and an extensive garden makeover inclusive of heated spaces and high table fire pits, perfect for those late-Summer evenings.
Upstairs has been reconfigured and there are now 4 en-suite bedrooms as well as a private dining room holding up to 20 people. This space can be used for private functions and is the perfect meeting space for hosting work meetings.
Food options include a seasonal and fresh menu inclusive of daily specials. The team are also donating 25p of every Burger sold to the local primary school St Michael’s.
